I began this blog almost a year ago. I've come on an incredibly long way in almost a year. I wrote 51 posts in 2011 - about enough for one every week. I've written a lot of fiction. I've learned a lot about publishing and how to write. I submitted my first piece to an editor. (The anthology is no longer going ahead, so it won't be published any time soon, but I still subbed!) I've met some absolutely fantastic people, both virtually and in real life. And I've learned a lot about myself. This time last year I was just starting to learn about myself - I'm still learning (and always will be) but I know more about myself now than I think I'd learned...
